IN DEMAND SOFT SKILLS CAN BE CULTIVATED

July 30, 2021 By Patrick Hutchison

Hard skills are easy to acquire?

It is easy to show that people have acquired the skill of coding, touch typing or analysis using Google Analytics, but how can you practice and develop soft skills?  Research has proven that people who are better at soft skills are more successful.

Based on a study by Deloitte. “Soft skill-intensive occupations will account for two-thirds of all jobs by 2030.”.  Thank you, AI and the 4th Industrial Revolution…

Human interaction, not as easy now that everyone focuses on small screens

The most in-demand soft skills for any industry

  • Time Management
  • Effective Communication
  • Emotional Intelligence
  • Conflict Management
  • Teamwork Skills

Coaching can help you acquire and practice the soft-skills you need

Many of my clients know themselves well, but many sometimes over-state how effective they are, especially with soft skills because they are intangible.  I work with them to find their strengths and cultivate the ones that need work.  It is very rewarding.
